Step 2 of 2

Connect your Odoo

Sonde signs in as an Odoo user you create. It sees exactly what that user sees — no module to install, no data to migrate.

Usually your company name — it is in the address bar when you log in.
Create a dedicated Odoo user with the access you want the assistant to have.
In Odoo: Preferences → Account Security → New API Key. Not the password.

    Ask your business anything

Sonde is connected to your Odoo. Ask in plain language — it works out where to look.

    Settings

Sonde signs in as and can never exceed that Odoo user's own rights — reading is already settled by them. These switches decide which kinds of change the assistant may make on your behalf.

    ActionWhat it coversAllowed

    Before saving

This, rather than the switches above, is what keeps an assistant honest on an administrator's account. Leave it on unless you have a reason not to.

    Protected models

Optional. Anything listed here can be read but never changed, whatever the switches say. One per line — wildcards allowed, e.g. account.*.

Use Sonde's own assistant here, or point Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT or Codex at the same connection. Every client inherits the permissions above.
